Frequently asked questions

An SMM (social media marketing) panel is an online store for social media services such as followers, likes, views, subscribers and comments. You add funds to your account once, choose a service, paste the link to your profile or post and the order is delivered automatically. AstroSMM lists 7,000+ services for 40+ platforms with the price per 1,000 shown upfront.

We never ask for your password — every service only needs a public link or username. Use your own judgement about what you order: each platform has its own rules, and we recommend steady, natural-looking growth (drip-feed helps) over very large orders at once. Your payments and account data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, Spotify, X (Twitter), Twitch, Kick, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Discord, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, SoundCloud, WhatsApp channels and many more — over 40 platforms in total. The full, always up-to-date list with prices is on the services page.

Orders are sent to the provider automatically as soon as you place them. Most services start within minutes to a few hours; the typical start time and speed are written in each service description. Large quantities, drip-feed orders and some premium services take longer by design.

Submit the exact link the service asks for — a profile link for followers, a post or video link for likes, views and comments. The account must be public while the order runs: a private profile, a deleted post or a changed username can stop delivery, and such orders are not eligible for a refund.

Services marked with a refill guarantee (for example "R30" or "30 days refill") show a Refill button on the order. If the count drops during the refill period, press it and the missing amount is sent again. Services without refill do not include this protection, which is why they are cheaper — read the description before you order.

A partial order is one the provider could only deliver in part. You are refunded automatically for the quantity that was not delivered — the amount goes straight back to your AstroSMM balance and you can use it for a new order.

Services that support it show a Cancel button while the order has not started. Once a provider has started delivering, the order usually cannot be stopped. If you made a mistake, open a support ticket straight away with the order ID and we will check what can be done.

Drip-feed splits one order into smaller runs delivered at an interval you choose — for example 1,000 views every 6 hours, 10 times. It makes growth look more natural and is available on services marked "Drip-feed".

You can add funds with cryptocurrency through the payment options shown on the Add funds page (such as Binance Pay and Cryptomo). Your balance is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed. The minimum amount for each method is shown on that page.

Undelivered, partial and cancelled orders are refunded to your AstroSMM balance automatically. Deposits themselves are generally not refundable to the original payment method once they are credited. See our Refund Policy for the full rules.

Yes. New customers get a bonus on their first deposit, regular customers move up VIP levels with automatic discounts as their total spending grows, and you can earn a commission when people you invite add funds. Your current level, bonus and referral link are on the Rewards page in your account.
