Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data AstroSMM ("we", "us") collects when you use astrosmm.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the Service, and we never sell your personal data.

1. Who is responsible for your data

AstroSMM is responsible (the "controller") for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, email mail@astrosmm.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Account details: your name or username, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Order details: the links, usernames and quantities you submit, and any custom comments or lists you provide for a service.
• Support messages: the content of tickets and emails you send us.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.

Information created when you use the Service

• Payment records: amounts, currency, payment method, status and the reference or transaction ID from the payment provider. Card numbers and wallet private keys never reach us.
• Account activity: orders, balance changes, refunds, rewards and API usage.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, sign-in times and security logs.
• Referral data: if you arrive through a referral link, which account invited you.
• Telegram: only if you choose to connect our Telegram bot, your Telegram chat ID and username, so we can send you notifications. You can disconnect at any time.

3. How we use your data

• To create and run your account, deliver your orders, process payments and refunds, and provide support. (Necessary to perform our contract with you.)
• To send service messages such as order updates, payment confirmations and security alerts. (Contract and legitimate interest.)
• To prevent fraud, abuse and payment misuse, and to keep the Service secure. (Legitimate interest.)
• To improve the website and our services using aggregated statistics. (Legitimate interest.)
• To send our newsletter and offers, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time. (Consent.)
• To keep accounting records and meet other legal obligations. (Legal obligation.)

4. Who we share data with

We share only what each party needs:

• Service providers that fulfil orders receive the link or username and the quantity for your order — not your name, email or payment details.
• Payment providers (for example Binance Pay and Cryptomo) process your payments under their own privacy policies.
• Hosting, email and infrastructure providers that store data or send emails on our behalf.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users against fraud.

If you buy through a reseller or child panel, that reseller is responsible for the data they collect from you.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the provider's contractual commitments, to protect your data.

6. How long we keep data

• Account and order data: while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of questions, disputes or refunds.
• Payment and accounting records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Security logs: for a limited period, then deleted or anonymised.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

7. Security

We use HTTPS on every page, store passwords as one-way hashes, restrict staff access and monitor for abuse. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your API key private.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, email mail@astrosmm.com from the address registered on your account. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

You can ask us to delete your account. Some records — such as payment records we are legally required to keep — may be retained after deletion for the required period.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms, remember your preferences and record referrals. See our Cookie Policy for details.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and we will tell you about significant changes by email or in your account.
