Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of AstroSMM at astrosmm.com, including the website, your account, the API and any child panel you run with us ("the Service"). By creating an account, adding funds or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

AstroSMM ("we", "us", "our") is an online SMM (social media marketing) panel. We sell social media services — such as followers, likes, views, subscribers, members and comments — that are delivered through our own systems and through third-party service providers. You can reach us at mail@astrosmm.com or through the ticket system in your account.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
  • Give accurate information when you register and keep your email address up to date — we use it for order, payment and security messages.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your account and API key. Keep your password and key private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
  • One person or business may hold one account unless we agree otherwise. Creating accounts to abuse bonuses, coupons or the referral program is not allowed.

3. Our services

  • Each service has a description that states what is delivered, its usual start time and speed, whether a refill guarantee applies and any other conditions. The description forms part of your order.
  • Start times, speeds and quality notes are estimates based on recent orders, not guarantees. Delivery can be slower when a platform changes its systems or demand is high.
  • We do not promise any particular result from an order, such as more organic engagement, sales, rankings, monetisation or account approval.
  • Services, prices and availability can change at any time. The price shown when you place an order is the price you pay for that order.

4. Placing orders

  • Submit the exact link or username the service asks for. The profile, channel or post must be public and must stay public and unchanged until the order is complete.
  • Do not place more than one order for the same link and the same type of service at the same time, with us or with anyone else. Overlapping orders make it impossible to measure delivery, and we cannot refund or refill them.
  • Orders submitted with a wrong, private or deleted link, or whose username was changed during delivery, may be marked as completed without a refund.
  • Once an order has started it usually cannot be cancelled. Services that support cancellation show a Cancel button while the order has not started.

5. Refills and drops

Social media platforms regularly remove followers, likes and views. Services with a refill guarantee show a Refill button on eligible orders: if the count falls during the stated refill period, you can request a refill and the missing amount is sent again. Refills do not apply to services without a guarantee, to drops below the start count, or to links that were changed, made private or deleted. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Payments and your balance

  • The Service works with a prepaid balance. You add funds first and orders are paid from your balance. Prices are shown in US dollars unless you choose another display currency.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Crypto payments are credited once the network has confirmed them. Sending the wrong coin, network or amount can delay or prevent crediting; you are responsible for network fees.
  • Your balance can only be used to buy services on AstroSMM. It is not a bank account or e-money, it earns no interest, and it cannot be transferred to another account or withdrawn, except as described in the Refund Policy or where the law requires it.
  • Bonuses, coupon credit, referral commissions and other promotional credit have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
  • If a payment is reversed, disputed or found to be fraudulent, we may deduct the amount from your balance and suspend the account until it is resolved.

7. Refunds

Undelivered quantities on partial orders, cancelled orders and orders the provider rejects are refunded to your AstroSMM balance automatically. Completed orders are not refundable. The full rules are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service:

  • for anything illegal, or to promote content that is illegal, sexually exploits anyone, incites violence or hatred, or infringes someone else's rights;
  • to harass, impersonate or defraud anyone, or to make a scam, fake giveaway or misleading offer look more credible;
  • to launder money, pay with stolen funds or abuse bonuses, coupons or referrals;
  • to attack, overload, scrape or try to gain unauthorised access to AstroSMM or its users;
  • for accounts or content that you do not own or are not authorised to promote.

Social platforms have their own terms, and some do not allow paid engagement. You are responsible for deciding whether to use our services with a given platform and for any action a platform takes on your account or content. We may refuse or cancel any order and suspend any account that breaks these Terms.

9. API, resellers and child panels

  • API access is provided for automating orders on your own account. Keep your API key secret; every order placed with it is charged to your balance. We may limit request rates to keep the Service stable.
  • If you resell our services — through the API or a child panel — you are responsible for your own customers, your prices, your support and your compliance with the law. Your customers have no contract with us.
  • Child panels are subject to these Terms and to the plan you choose. We may suspend a child panel that is used for fraud, abuse or anything listed in section 8.

10. Rewards and promotions

We may offer a first-deposit bonus, VIP discount levels, coupon codes and a referral program. Their current conditions are shown in your account. Rewards are only paid for genuine customers: self-referrals, duplicate accounts and other abuse lead to the rewards being removed. We may change or end any program at any time; rewards already credited to your balance stay there.

11. Third-party platforms

AstroSMM is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, Telegram, Spotify or any other platform mentioned on this website. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe which platform a service is for.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond what is written in the service description. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, or for any action a social platform takes on your account or content. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, is used for fraud, or must be closed for legal reasons. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we will refund any unused deposited balance (not bonuses or promotional credit) to you where possible.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add features or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in your account. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of India, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
