Adding funds and bonuses
Payment methods, top-up bonuses and when your balance updates.
Open Add Funds, choose a payment method, enter the amount and follow the steps. Instant methods credit your balance automatically; manual methods (bank transfer and similar) are approved after you upload your receipt.
Bigger top-ups can earn a bonus — the Add Funds page shows the levels and how much more you need for the next one.
If a payment does not show up, open a ticket with the payment reference and we will check it.
