Refill, Drip-Feed and Partial Orders: SMM Panel Terms Explained
Start count, R30, drip-feed, partial, overlap — the terms you meet on every SMM panel, explained in plain English with examples.
SMM panels have their own vocabulary. Service names are full of abbreviations, and order statuses can be confusing the first time you see them. Here is a plain-English glossary of the terms you will meet most often — with examples.
Start count
The number the profile or post had when the order started — for example 1,240 followers. The panel uses it to measure delivery: if you ordered 1,000 followers, the target is about 2,240. This is why you should not run two orders on the same link at the same time: the start count stops making sense.
Remains
How much of the order is still to be delivered. An order of 1,000 with 150 remains has delivered 850 so far.
Order statuses
- Pending — the order is accepted and waiting to be sent to the provider.
- In progress / Processing — delivery is running.
- Completed — the full quantity was delivered.
- Partial — only part could be delivered. The undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically.
- Canceled — the order was cancelled before delivery and fully refunded to your balance.
Refill, R30 and lifetime
Platforms regularly remove some followers, subscribers and likes. A refill guarantee means that if the count drops during a stated period, you can request the missing amount again for free.
- R30, R60, R90 — refill available for 30, 60 or 90 days after the order completes.
- Lifetime refill — refill for as long as the service exists.
- No refill — the cheapest option, with no protection against drops.
On AstroSMM, eligible orders show a Refill button. Refills cover drops below the delivered amount, not below the original start count.
Drip-feed
Drip-feed splits one order into smaller runs at an interval you choose. For example, 10 runs of 500 views every 2 hours delivers 5,000 views over 20 hours. It makes growth look more natural and is useful for big orders.
Drop
A drop is when part of the delivered amount disappears later, usually because the platform removed accounts. Drop rates vary by service and are often mentioned in the description ("non-drop", "low drop").
Speed and start time
Start time is how long before delivery begins (for example "0–1 hour"). Speed is how much is delivered per day (for example "10K/day"). Both are estimates based on recent orders.
Overlap
Running two orders of the same type on the same link at the same time — on one panel or two. Providers cannot tell the deliveries apart, so overlapping orders are usually not refundable or refillable. Wait until one order is complete before placing the next.
Targeted services
Services that deliver from accounts in a specific country or language, such as "USA followers" or "Arabic comments". They cost more but suit local audiences.
Custom comments
A comment service where you write the comments yourself, one per line. The quantity equals the number of lines.
Child panel
Your own branded SMM panel running on a bigger panel's platform and catalogue. See how child panels work.
API
A way for software to place and track orders automatically. Most panels use the same "API v2" format — read our SMM panel API guide.
