What each order status means
From Pending to Completed — and what Partial means for your money.
- Pending / Awaiting — the order is placed and waiting its turn at the supplier.
- Processing / In progress — delivery has started. The start count shows where your number was when it began.
- Completed — the full quantity was delivered.
- Partial — only part could be delivered. The undelivered part goes back to your balance automatically.
- Canceled / Refunded — the order could not be delivered and the money is back in your balance.
Counts on the social network can take a few hours to update after an order completes.
