Refills: when and how to ask
Services with a refill guarantee top your count back up for free.
Some followers or likes can drop over time. Services marked Refill (for example "Refill 30 days") are covered: if the count drops during that time, ask for a refill and it is topped back up for free.
- Go to Orders and find the completed order.
- Press Refill (or the red Report button → "The count dropped after delivery").
- The refill usually completes within 24–72 hours.
Refills can be requested for up to 30 days after an order finishes, within the service's own guarantee. Services without "Refill" in the name are not covered for drops.
